Why not throw in a little entertainment at your next gathering?  These activities are a great way to keep a crowd going well past their time to head home.  Regardless of age, fun-house mirrors and games of chance will make anyone young at heart.  So, grab your supplies and get crafting, it’s time to play!

Step right up and give it a toss!  Who doesn’t have bottles and cans waiting for recycling?  Let’s up-cycle them with this idea by Mom Mart.  While you’re at it, why not make a ball to toss?  Easy instructions are available on eHow.

What outdoor party isn’t complete without a little water fun?  Give them something to point those squirt guns at with this ping pong game by Dollar Store Mom.  You can use the leftover balls in a Ping Pong Race by blowing them to the finish line with my paper straws.


Making a Disc Drop board is easy with this how-to by Carnival Savers. This is a great game to keep around for any occasion.

Bring on the Flowers!

Is anyone else ready for the warmth of Spring?  I keep thinking of lemonade on the patio with friends and great conversation!  There is so much fun to be had making and using these projects.  The centerpiece can be used with different ornaments, the butterfly house and net can be decorative or functional and the cones work great for flowers or any item you would like to display.  Party poppers are a great idea for any time of year, so keep this craft handy for birthdays, bridal and baby showers and New Years!

My yard size and vintage pinwheels add an extra bit of fun to any decor.  Try adding them as an accent to your flower pot, vase or garden!

While waiting for those flowers to bloom, let’s get started on our new projects!
