Wedding Color Schemes Using Pantone’s 2017 Color Of The Year
WEDDING COLOR SCHEMES USING PANTONE’S COLOR OF THE YEAR
The colors you choose for your wedding day can come from anywhere — it’s all about discovering the best reflection of your style. Maybe you have one color in mind, but are wondering what combination will create a harmonious palette? That’s where I come in with wedding color inspiration to help you with your wedding planning.
Although the greens shown here are not an exact match to Pantone’s color of the year for 2017, Greenery, shown below–
A bride in 2017 can substitute Greenery in the color schemes represented here and it would look stunning paired with any of these other colors. In case you are wondering why you would include any shade of green at a wedding? It may seem like an odd color choice for a wedding but actually it is one of the best colors for easily incorporating into a multi-color palette. Pantone says this about their pick for the color of the year, “Greenery is a versatile “trans-seasonal” shade that lends itself to many color combinations and pairs well with neutrals, brights, deeper shades, pastels, metallic colors and leaves an enduring presence.” So, it is actually an ideal color at a wedding this year.
No worries, if this intense brighter shade of green does not appeal to you, I have added a few deeper shades below that might make adding the color green to your wedding celebration more comfortable.
